Information
Not only do we answer your questions, we also proactively contact you at the appropriate time. Policy decisions are communicated by the Human Resources Department. We explain them. This way you know what impact they have on you as a KU Leuven employee.

Advice
You can always come to us for advice on your status, your conditions of employment or other work-related issues. We are not only available by e-mail and telephone, we are also available for a personal meeting.

Mediation and Advocacy
Have you ended up in a discussion or conflict? You can always count on ACV KU Leuven to mediate. We will always approach the situation constructively and try to defuse it as much as possible.

Defending
As a member you are entitled to assistance from our lawyers and specialists, in internal procedures and in case of litigation. You can also ask us to put an individual case on the agenda (anonymously) in the Personnel Committee, for example.
We are here for everyone at KU Leuven
WWe believe that joint staff representation leads to more equal participation and better working arrangements.
